7.1 Vega Research operates as an informal, unregistered nonprofit entity in India and does not accept foreign donations or contributions from outside India in compliance with the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 (FCRA). All donations received are strictly from domestic sources and are treated as voluntary, non-recurring contributions without conferring any entitlements, rights, goods, services, or access to donors beyond express acknowledgment. As Vega Research is not registered or recognized as a tax-exempt organization under Indian law, donors are not eligible for, and should not expect, any tax benefits or deductions on donations made to this initiative.

1.1 By accessing or using www.vegaresearch.in (the "Site"), you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Disclaimer, and our Privacy Policy (if any). If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must cease use of the Site immediately.

2.1 The Site is intended for users aged thirteen (13) years or older. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least thirteen (13) years of age. If you are under eighteen (18), you affirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Site.

3.1 You agree not to:

4.1 We accept voluntary, non recurring donations solely via UPI and BuyMeACoffee. Donations are treated as charitable contributions to an informal nonprofit initiative and do not entitle donors to any goods, services, or special access.

4.2 All transactions are processed by third party payment platforms; we bear no responsibility for errors, delays, or failures arising from such platforms.

5.1 No Personal Data Collection: We do not require, collect, store, or share any personal information from visitors. There is no registration, login, or user account functionality on the Site.

6.1 All Content published on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and reports, is the exclusive property of Vega Research or its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Vega Research grants you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to access and view the Content for personal, non commercial use only.

6.3 Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or derivative use of the Content without the prior written consent of Vega Research is strictly prohibited.

9.1 As an unregistered nonprofit initiative, Vega Research does not accept foreign donations or contributions from outside India. Only voluntary, non-recurring, domestic donations are permitted via specified payment platforms. Vega Research does not, and cannot, provide donors with any tax benefits, deductions, or receipts for tax-exempt status under Indian law or any other jurisdiction. All donations are irrevocable and are provided without expectation of financial return, incentive, or material benefit.

10.1 We reserve the unilateral right to amend or modify these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on the Site, with the "Last Revised" date updated accordingly. Continued use of the Site following such revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11.1 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.1 No waiver of any right or remedy under these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Vega Research.

13.1 These Terms, together with our Disclaimer and any Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vega Research regarding your use of the Site, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, or agreements, whether oral or written.
